Jang So-Jin (Hangul: 장소진) also known as "Soyee" (Hangul: 소이) is a South Korean singer, dancer under Jellyfish Entertainment. She debuted as a member of Gugudan in 2016. She is the Lead Vocalist in Gugudan.
Early Life[]
Soyee was born on November 21, 1996 in Gwangju, South Korea. Her family consist of herself and her parents. She studied in Baekseok Arts University.
Career[]
Pre-Debut:[]
On November 10, 2015, she appeared on VIXX's "Chained Up" music video.
2016: Debut with Gugudan[]
On June 28, 2016, Soyee debuted with Gugudan, which they released their 1st mini album "Act. 1 The Little Mermaid".
2017: Spring Rain, Hiatus[]
On April 4, 2017, She did a duet song called "Spring Rain" with Youngjoon from Brown Eyed Soul. On October 19, 2017 Soyee went on hiatus in order to fully recover from a shoulder injury.
2020: Gugudan's disbandment[]
On December 31, 2020, Gugudan disbanded after being together for the last four years of being together and the last two after no activities.
